All individuals must be sales driven with an open mind to process driven business and not be afraid to work hard to succeed and be naturally highly motivated and self disciplined!The ability to advise and recommend the most suitable mortgage and protection products over the phone is a given and previous experience in a similar role is ideal although quality, face to face advisers will see this as an exceptional opportunity too!
