First Achieves Engineering Department have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join a global business, who operate within a variety of industries including Nuclear, Petrochemical & Oil & Gas. This role will have overallresponsibility for machine shop production and methodology of in-house machined components working closely with machine shop supervisor.The position supports the Works Manager and Machine Shop Supervisor in achieving full compliance with part manufacture and will focus on maximizing utilisation of resource, skills, and competency of the workforce, implementing lean manufacturing and up-sellingopportunities. Will work closely with other functional areas in improving customer satisfaction, profitable growth and lean methodology for the business.Salary up to £45,000 per annum33 Days Annual Leave - plus one Friday off, every month! Up to 8% Employer contributions to pension.Day Shift - Monday to Friday, with an early finish on Friday!What we are looking for :
