Junior Finance AssistantLocation: Falkirk, FK1 1JBSalary: £18000-£20000Contract: Full Time, PermanentBelvoir Falkirk have an exciting opportunity for a full time Junior Finance Assistant to join their busy team!Belvoir Falkirk is one of central Scotland’s largest and most experienced letting agents and residential property managers.Belvoir Falkirk provides a professional, customer focused and specialist service from our property shop in Falkirk town centre. We have been proudly offering rental homes in Falkirk and surrounding areas since May 2003.Belvoir Falkirk are looking for a Junior Finance Assistant to assist the Senior Client Finance Administrator with:

  • Posting of receipts
  • Raising payments
  • Checking statements
  • Raising fees
  • Any other general office admin tasks
  • Arrears Chasing
    • What we need from you:While some accounts knowledge or experience would be beneficial, this is not essential, but we do require the following skills and experience:
  • A good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • An excellent telephone manner
  • A keen willingness to learn
  • The ability to provide excellent customer services to clients and colleagues alike
