REED Health and Care are currently working with a leading care at home provider to recruit a permanent full time experienced Care Co-Ordinator in Falkirk.You will be an experienced care co-ordinator, with previous experience of working in a fast paced environment. You will be expected to support the service manager with development, and you will also be responsible for coordinating the care visits to ensurerota are seamless and organised.My client is looking to recruit a full time co-ordinator, it is essential that this candidate holds a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle as there may be a requirement to attend meetings, reviews etc. Fuel is paid at 35p per mile. You may berequired to work on-call at times however you will be paid an on-call rate of £50 MondayThursday and £200 on weekends on top of your base salary.The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of the Health and Social Care Standards, great organisational skills, administrative skills and a high level of person centred care planning.If this is a role you think you could excel in, please apply and I will be in contact shortly.
