Job Description

We are looking for Care Assistants & Companions to join a friendly team in the Falkirk area to provide Care, Companionship and Home Help to older adults living in your local community. Experience is not essential as full training is provided. Both Drivers and non-drivers are welcome to apply.Their lovely clients live in most of areas including Falkirk, Camelon, Stenhousemuir, Laurieston Denny, Salamannan, Bainsford, Brightons, Polmont, Madison, Grangemouth, Boness, Sheildhill, California, and surrounding areas. So, if you live in any of these areas, they have plenty of local work for you.

  • £9.80 per hour for Drivers.
  • £9.30 per hour for Non-Drivers.
  • Full or Part-time hours available or weekends only.
  • Flexible working hours.
  • Full training provided with specialised induction programme.
  • Yearly training paid.

All their clients’ needs vary depending on the individual and the role will involve:
  • Assisting with personal care which may be helping to wash or finish getting dressed.
  • Providing medication prompts.
  • Helping with domestic duties such as cleaning or vacuuming.
  • Helping to prepare meals and making sure they are eating well.
  • Taking clients out to appointments, for exercise or to continue the things they love.
  • Providing companionship, keeping an eye on a client’s well-being, and helping to tackle loneliness.
