Job Description

Pertemps client, a well-known Public Sector organisationis seeking to recruit Call Handlers on a F/T temporary basis across various sites in Grangemouth, Larbert, Alloa, Stirling and FalkirkStarting ASAP for 12 weeks initially37.5 Hours per week£10.54p/hMain Duties:

  • Dealing with phone/e-mail enquires
  • Dealing with incoming calls from customers
  • Amending and changing appointments
  • Reissuing letters to customers
  • Adhoc admin duties
  • Skills/Experience:
  • Competent and experienced in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to effectively prioritise workload to meet departmental deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills with the ability to work individually or part of a team.
  • Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret and report on a range of information.
