Job Description

Pertemps are recruiting for a Administrator to work with a Public Sector organisation based in Falkirk on a temporary basis.We are seeking individuals who have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to prioritise workload.Pay: £11.25 per hourHours: 37 hours per weekASAP - 4 weeks - Possible extensionBased - FalkirkMain Duties:

  • Collation of and accurate recording of Records (PR2) database
  • Updating record financials - PPC and running the appropriate reports to comply with FP&GM and audit requirements.
  • Processing of pin phone credit requests, postage requests and sundry purchase transactions
  • Responsibility for the upkeep of Mobile phones.
  • The postholder will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, both manual and computerised.
  • The postholder will provide support to the Cashier as and when required.
