Job Description

I am currently looking to recruit a Part Time Credit Controller (working 1 or 2 days per week) to join a fast-growing company in Exmouth on a temporary or permanent basis.This role will be based in Exeteroverlooking the magnificent historic quayside or in Exmouthin a superb seafront location. The Credit Controller role will provide comprehensive, accurate and timely credit management which will enhance the position of thecompany. I am looking for the successful candidate to start as soon as possible.Your day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the debts of creditors
  • Ensuring timely payments are made
  • Processing incoming funds
  • Reconciling invoices
  • Resolving account queries and managing debt recovery
  • Communicating with people at all levels
  • Producing Credit Control reports
The Person:I am looking for someone with proven Credit Control experience ideally in a Professional Services environment.You will be customer orientated, have excellent time management skills and an ability to prioritise and manage your own workload accurately and efficiently and to work independently. Strong IT skills and a high level of attention to detail are also essentialfor this role as is a willingness to learn.Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills are essential.
