The Role:Silcom Recruitment are currently supporting an established, franchise car dealership group who have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Sales Administrator to join their team based in Exeter.If youre an experienced Vehicle Sales Administrator, with a great track record of working in the fast paced motor trade industry, this is an amazing opportunity to be part of an already established, yet aspirational business who offer a superb working environment,lucrative salary and career progression opportunities.Our ideal Vehicle Sales Administrator will hold experience processing both new and used vehicles - **Please note, experience across new or used will also be appreciated**.Main Objectives as a Vehicle Sales Administrator:Comply with DVLA/AFRL guidelines at all timesProvide excellent support and administration services to the sales departmentProcess and monitoring all new and used car sales on the companys DMSSupport Sales team - set up, invoice and post deals.Taxing of vehiclesKeep track of deals and ensure all are invoiced by end of monthLiaising with Sales ManagersThe Package:£27,000 starting salary + Bonus - paid at £250 per quarter.Superb company benefits - personal development & progressionMonday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00.
