Technical Customer Service Advisor Exeter £22,000 + Pension + Training + Progression + Days Based Role + HolidayMonday- Friday daysAre you a Customer Service Advisor with some experience dealing with technical queries Do you want to join the UK industry leader in an autonomous role where you can develop your skillset through internal training This group specialise in the design and manufacture of fireplaces which are supplied internationally. Being well-established industry leaders, they are producing high quality products and giving the best service to their customers around the UK. Due to theircontinued growth and expansion across the UK, they now require a Technical Customer Service Advisor to join the team. In this varied and autonomous role, you will be required to deal with technical queries issued by retailers, customers or clients on products and offer advice. The ideal candidate will have customer service experience and will have dealt with technical queries such as warranty questions etc. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established industry leader in a varied and autonomous role. With the company investing heavily in internal training, you will be able to develop and further your skillset.
