Job Role: Teaching Assistant Location: Exeter The Supply Register are proud to be workingas a managed service provider on behalf ofthe Transforming Futures Trust. We are working in partnership with the academies within the trusts to accommodate all teaching and classroom support requirements including daily and long-term positions.Due to our continued growth, we are looking for eager and energetic Teaching Assistants to support these academies on an ongoing basis. As a Teaching Assistant you will be required to work alongside the schools in Exeter with pupils across a variety of school ages. You will be based within the ACE Schools (Part of Transforming Futures Trust) and will be required to assist several schools in the academy, all within a reasonable distance from one another. ACE Schools operates from at least twelve differentlocations within Devon and Cornwall including Camborne, St Austell and Launceston, which provides education and support services throughout the community to support pupils to access education in schools, community centres, medical facilities or their own homes.The pupils within these schools have had difficulty thriving in mainstream secondary and special schools or are returning from out of County placements. Every child has a high level of support often including one to one support and bespoke timetables followingthematic learning experiences. A wide range of personalised learning in and out of the classroom is designed to engage the student, build resilience and provide the foundation for rapid academic progress. We work very closely with parents and carers and manyother support agencies to ensure that the childs education is paramount.This position provides you with the opportunity to join our bank of staff for the schools in the Exeter area and the flexibility to choose when you work.
