Spanish Speaking Quality Evaluation AnalystExeter, Devon area(Remote Working Initially)£19,227 - £20,380 depends on skills and experiencesFull-Time Permanent/ Starting on 15th September 2021Kerr Recruitment is operating on behalf of our client, an international quality call analysts organisation. Our client is looking for a Spanish speaking Quality Evaluation Analysts to join their team in Exeter.You would initially be required to train and work remotely based from home, due to the current situation. The intention is to return to work from office in Exeter, once it is safe and appropriate to do so. Therefore the candidate must be able to either livein or relocate to Exeter to work from our offices if required in the future.Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pmResponsibilities:

• Analysing content of interaction between Customers and Client Contact Centres by evaluating the content of telephone calls and written communication in the required language
• Providing feedback on policies and appropriate procedures used to enable clients to deliver outstanding customer service
• Providing accurate and actionable feedback in clients service delivery and quality, according to the specifications
• Ensuring the evaluations are completed in a timely manner
• Attending training to support your role and achieve required standards of competence
• Complying with all policies and procedures
• Supporting the Team Leader and carry out other general duties

The ideal candidate will:

• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Interest in technology and ability to understand and resolve technical issues
• Ability to utilise efficiently current word processing, spreadsheet, database, e-mail and internet software
• Be able to work within a high-pressure environment
• Good communication skills
