Job Description

Are you a qualified motor vehicle Prepper/Polisher, looking for a new challenge Would you like the opportunity to work for the South Wests largest automotive dealership groupDue to continued success, our client requires an additional Operative to complement the existing function. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a small but professional team.Could this be the role for meWe are looking for capable candidates from an automotive Body Shop or Smart environment, via an independent or franchised garage, who can prepare damaged panels, mask up vehicles in readiness for painting, carry out minor repairs to body panels and alloy wheels and also polish over vehicles following them being painted amongst other ad hoc duties. Ideally, you will possess:

  • An automotive qualification such an NVQ or C&G (advantageous), knowledge within the automotive industry and/or have prepping and polishing skills.
  • A full driving licence
  • Articulacy with a high level of attention to detail (pre-requisite)
  • Integrity and diligence
  • Ability to work to work to tight deadlines and keep to a high standard of work.
  • Resilient work ethic, commitment and conscientiously job-proud.
