ROLE: Temporary cover needed between this Christmas and New Year to be a Showroom Host / Receptionist at a local business in Exeter for 3 days. If you have great customer service skills and some extra money this time of year, dont delayin calling us!DUTIES:
  • Handling incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate staff member
  • Managing the reception area, maintaining a neat and organised workspace
  • Making teas and coffees for clients and customers
  • Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong IT skills
  • Presentable
  • Proactive and positive attitude, always eager to help and contribute to the team
