Job Description

Due to the global nature of their work this company, who have over 30 years experience in quality evaluationand insight, are currently seeking speakers of the following languages to fill some fantastic roles within their Exeter team:

JOB TITLE: Service Quality AnalystLOCATION: Exeter (with some remote working)SALARY: £20,398.12 - £21,395.10 (subject to qualifying criteria/experience)HOURS: Full Time - 37.5 hours per week Monday to FridaySTART DATE: 12th January 2022THE ROLE: Our client supports customer contact centres in analysing calls and written communication. This information is analysed and fed-back in order for those centres to be able to improve experience and service delivery. Working fromhome initially, you will remotely analyse the content of interaction between customers and clients. You will evaluate the content of telephone calls and written communication in your given language and will provide accurate and relevant feedback accordingto specific guidelines. This role is key in assisting businesses in improving customer service.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
  • You must be fluent in one of the above languages, as well as English
  • Effective communication and analytical skills
  • Strong computer skills
