Excellent Service Manager Opportunity!Job Title - Service ManagerLocation - South WestSalary - up to £50k inc Bonus + fantastic benefits listed belowCompanyOur Client is successful Material Handling dealership. They pride themselves on treating their team as individuals. They are looking for a Service Manager with EXCEPTIONAL people skills who could be from the following sectors:

  • Material Handling
  • HGV Fleet
  • Construction Plant
  • Agricultural Machinery
  • Automotive
We are happy to talk to anyone who has previous Workshop Management or Regional Service experience.The role will involve:
  • Managing Service Engineers and the Support Team
  • Managing quotes, chargeable work, Jobs allocation, Service schedule etc.
  • Client relationship management
To be considered for this role you’ll need a couple of things:
  • Have an EXCELLENT demonstrable background in Managing a Team of Engineers
  • Full UK driving licence (less than 6 points)
  • Be passionate about people with a focus on customer care
  • Be able to establish effective working relationships.
  • Previous Experience in engineering would be an advantage.
  • A keen eye for detail.
