Job Title - Service Administrator - Team LeaderLocation - ExeterSalary - up to £32k + benefits belowCompanyWe are working for a service driven Company with a very strong presence in the Region. They’re looking for an Administrative Team Leader to join their friendly team. They are growing market share and have low staff turnover. They treat their staff as individualsand not a number, offering variety and excellent training. You will join a team working in an office environment with up to 20 people.The Person & SkillsYou will work from their Head office in Exeter as part of a fast-paced team supporting the service side of the business. You’ll need good computer and communications skills and attention to detail.Your role will include:

  • Maintaining excellent customer service standards and client satisfaction
  • Lead, train and develop the administration team by example
  • Manage stock control and movement
  • Ensure administrative accuracy
The PackageYour hours will be Monday - Friday8am - 4.30pm
  • Basic Salary up to £32k
  • Pension Contribution
  • 29 Days Holiday inc Bank Holidays (Increases annually)
