They are looking for a Senior Architect to come in and help to continue to grow this ambitious and friendly business.In this role you join a small team to help create new, exciting and responsive software along with maintenance of existing in house developed suites. You will work with project teams and front-end developers leading projects through the whole life cycle. Remote working is viable in this role 3 to 4 days a week. So as long as you are happy to commute to Exeter a minimum of 1 day a week, location isnt a factor.The ideal candidate will be an experienced and driven senior architect with experience in software development and application development. Experience of PHP, MySQL, Linux, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Ajax will all be highly beneficial. Any exposure to jQuery, Bootstrap, WordPress, Browser Stack, New Relic, Xcode/Android Studio, Secure Programming Principles, WAD or CDNs beneficial but not a necessity.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, industry leading company in a varied and interesting position where you can help to shape the future of the company while taking on the full life cycle of key projects.The role:*Take ownership for the development of assigned software solutions projects from technical specifications, being sure to study information needs, confer and work collaboratively with users and colleagues, study systems flow, data usage, and work processes.
