Senior Quantity Surveyor – Exeter – Circa £60,000 + £6k car allowanceExcellent opportunity to join one of the regions most respected and reliable independent Quantity Surveying and Construction Consultants in the Southwest.This well-established business has earned a reputation for professionalism, commitment, and delivery; particularly within the housing sector. Able to offer an extensive range of services to their clients in both the public and private sector, they benefit froma lot of repeat business and long-term framework agreements. They are experiencing an increasing number of Quantity Surveying enquiries from their clients and are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their successful team. You will be responsible for undertaking a range of traditional quantity surveying duties, with a focus on the pre-construction phase, liaising with clients and managing a small team of Surveyors. You will have autonomy to lead and grow the team, with the opportunityto diversify into other sectors. Their current projects/sites sit across Devon, Cornwall, and Somerset. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role within a PQS or Contracting environment, along with excellent client facing and communication skills. Degree qualified and ideally chartered, candidates should be able to demonstratetheir knowledge and experience of traditional Quantity Surveying duties to a high standard.
