TSR Legal are proud to be working with a reputable and specialist law firm in the South West. We are currently seeking a Senior Family Lawyer to join the dynamic Unmarried Family Finance and Divorce/Finance Team at the Exeter office. Their commitment to their clients is unwavering, and they take pride in delivering exceptional outcomes in therealm of family law.Role and Responsibilities:As a Senior Family Lawyer, you will play a crucial role in the Unmarried Family Finance and Divorce/Finance Team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients in matters related to unmarried family finance and divorce/finance.
  • Managing a diverse caseload, ensuring timely and effective resolution of cases.
  • Conducting negotiations, mediation, and representing clients in court when necessary.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure comprehensive and cohesive legal strategies.
  • Demonstrating leadership qualities by mentoring junior team members and contributing to the team’s growth.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with substantial experience in family law.
  • Proven expertise in unmarried family finance and divorce/finance cases.
  • Strong advocacy and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
