Job Description

£45k + bonus | Remote Working - Access to ExeterThis is an excellent opportunity to join a Devon-based, growing business who are committed to providing organisations with expert advice, training, and support to help navigate sensitive information in an increasingly interconnected world.We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving business expansion by establishing and nurturing robust relationships with clients across Europe and the UK. The ideal candidate will possess astrong background in both sales and marketing, with a focus on developing effective strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Management

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the department.
  • Lead negotiations on terms, pricing, and contracts, ensuring alignment with both company objectives and European market expectations.
  • Collaborate with the team and write tenders / bids.
Marketing Management
  • Establish the marketing approach required for the business.
  • Utilise digital marketing channels, social media, and events to maximise visibility.
  • Create, manage and publish relevant content across social media channels.
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team to measure and analyse campaign effectiveness.
  • Data Analytics: Proficiency in data analysis to inform marketing decisions.
  • Experience with data-driven email campaigns.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales and marketing strategies.
