Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Administrator to join a leading technology-focused company based on the outskirts of Exeter City Centre.To be successful for this role you must be have at least 2 years administration experience, ideally within a technology-based company. In addition you must be comfortable supporting multiple departments at a fast pace while supporting at a all levels, to include managerial.DutiesKey duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
  • Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information
  • Collaborate closely with other Sales and Marketing channels to establish clear working guidelines
  • Be able to communicate clearly and confidentially to customers
  • Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested
  • Escalate internal discrepancies on the order management systems, follow up for feedback and reports by the relevant sales executive
  • Submit Wayleave request documentation to relevant department and submit complete documentation to sales
