Job Description

A highly diligent Risk and Compliance Manager is needed to oversee and manage risk management and regulatory compliance within a professional services environment. This pivotal role will ensure that the companys operations and business transactions followall relevant legal and internal rules.Client DetailsOur client is a well-established professional services firm, who have passionate teams of dedicated professionals across various locations. They pride themselves in delivering top-notch services to their clients and have a strong relationships with theircustomers, supporting them on their businesses journey.Description

  • Develop and implement the companys risk management plan and strategy.
  • Monitor all operational processes and procedures to identify possible risks.
  • Ensuring adherence to procedures and following up on any required actions under the ICAEW Practice Assurance scheme.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and produce risk mitigation plans.
  • Prepare compliance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on risk management and compliance procedures.
  • Participate in the development of company policies and procedures related to risk management and compliance.
ProfileA successful Risk and Compliance Manager should have:
  • Hold one of the ACA/ACCA/CIIA or equivalent accountancy qualifications.
  • Experience of working within a professional services firm or internal audit/audit function.
  • Strong knowledge of industry processes and regulations.
  • Outstanding organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
