Job Description

Annual Salary - £21,673.60 + uncapped commission - £33,000+ achievableFull Time - 40 hours working across store open hours - 09.00 – 18.00 Monday to Saturday and 10.30 – 16.30 on a Sunday.

  • My client are looking for individuals seeking to work in a fast-paced sales environment with the potential for unlimited earnings with an uncapped commission scheme.
  • You will interact directly with customers, matching telecommunications products and services to the needs of each customer to drive sales and exceed targets.
  • Provide an outstanding customer experience to drive great customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.
  • Have a passion for telecommunications sector and use excellent product knowledge to increase sales and add value to customer.
  • You will be required to meet defined metrics for sales, compliance and customer experience.
  • Act with good conduct and within guidelines of the Finance Conduct Authority.
  • Undertake regular learning and development and align with company and FCA requirements.

Core competencies/Experience;
  • Proven sales experience (at least 1 year)
  • Proven ability to the meet and exceed sales targets

You will have a home store and sometimes will be asked to cover theirother stores across the Southwest– travel expenses to non home stores is paid.My client are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and all offers of employment for this role are subject to background checks, including criminal (DBS) and financial checks to meet the regulators standards.
