To provide a high quality, customer focused service that ensures a safe and welcoming environment for all College users. To work with the Estates Services Assistant (ESA) Team to ensure high standards of service throughout the department. The post holderwould be required to operate across several College sites.1. To carry out repairs and general maintenance when required.2. To carry out Departmental and College portering duties.3. To undertake and document room risk assessments.4. To undertake the appropriate training and carry out fire marshalling duties.5. To carry out stock checks, establish inventories and co-ordinate requisitions as required.6. To prepare and maintain classroom and workshop areas.7. To undertake cleaning of Estates equipment and workshop areas.8. To set up and clear away furniture and equipment at cross-College events.9. To ensure College grounds are tidily maintained.10.
