Job Description

I am working on behalf of an “Outstanding” home care provider, with a fantastic reputation nationwide, to find a Registered Manager to work within their Domiciliary Care company and manage a high performing team.This service is among the best in region and specialise in providing high quality domiciliary care to private, elderly clients. As well as an excellent reputation among service users, this company also treat staff very well with a 96% retention rateof care staff in their first year!The Company:

  • Deliver bespoke homecare across the UK
  • Service ‘Outstanding’ with CQC
  • Offer personal care and assist with medication to mainly the elderly
  • Provide both Domiciliary & Live-in care
  • Value their employees, offering ongoing training and opportunities for career progression
The role:
  • Manage the office team and dedicated carers
  • Recruitment of care staff
  • Integrate with the existing team
  • Networking and bringing on new packages
  • Motivate and support staff to maintain, implement and achieve ongoing growth
  • Ensure the service is compliant with the CQC and maintains their “Outstanding” quality
  • Paid on-call
Required competencies:
  • Previous care experience – essential
  • Management experience – highly desirable
  • People management skills
  • Quality driven ethos
  • Excellent personal skills
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality care
