Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity working for one of our market leader clients as a Recruitment Consultant/Resourcer. This is a unique opportunity to join this growing recruitment firm who specialise in technical recruitment and work withsome of the worlds leading tech companies.The company has offices on the outskirts of Exeter with free car parking with lots of added perks including a personal trainer that visits the office , yoga teacher, fresh fruit, excellent holiday! They expect dedication and great work ethic but in returnthey offer excellent training, progression, and an opportunity to join a market leader where earning potential is high!The hours are 9-5.30 Monday to Friday but with an opportunity of working from home as longs as you are in the office 3 days a week. The salary bracket is wide as really does depend on experience but ranges from £22K-28K DOE plus generous bonus on top.To give you an idea of just some of the things you will be doing:

  • Resourcing candidates for roles (this is the largest part of the role) speaking to people about their career aspirations, matching them to the right roles
  • Liaising with candidates over availability/requirements and setting up interviews
  • Writing job adverts and candidate profiles
  • Being the first point of call to answer the phones
  • Assisting with writing marketing material and eshots about candidates you have sourced
  • Speaking to clients and helping consultants find the perfect match when they are on holiday
What skill set are we looking for:
  • A confident people person who has that gift who can strike a conversation with a candidate wanting to start their office career to a Director of a company
  • Someone interested or has experience in recruitment/resourcing would be desirable but not essential
  • Some people based experience, this could be gained in hospitality or an office
  • Strong I.T skills
  • Reliable, hardworking, go getting team player with a sense of fun
This is a support role, and you will not be selling but you will be speaking to candidates and clients so you need to enjoy that buzz and an extremely fast paced environment that can be pressured at times.
