Recruitment Co-ordinator Exeter, Pynes Hill£25,000 - £30,000 paAnnual Bonus25 days holiday + Bank holidays9-5pm Monday to Friday*Monday work from homeFree ParkingLloyd Barnes Accountancy Recruitment is an established professional recruitment firm whose core values reflect the highest standards within the recruitment industry. We specialise in placing experienced finance staff from Apprentices to Finance Directorsin both a permanent and temporary capacity. Our business culture is very competitive but highly rewarding with a focus on the empowerment of the individual.We are currently seeking to appoint an experienced individual to support our busy, Exeter based, specialist finance recruitment team. This is an ideal role for someone who is seeking a non-sales position with a wide range of responsibilities.The ideal candidate will have the following skills to fulfil the tasks as outlined:Excellent customer service skills and a confident and professional telephone manner:

  • Answering and directing incoming calls
  • Pro-active sourcing and screening potential applicants
  • Daily liaison with clients and candidates to obtain and verify compliance information
  • Liaising with candidates and clients to co-ordinate arrangements for interviews
  • Contacting candidates to follow up on correspondence from Recruitment Managers
Strong organisation skills, with the ability to multi task and focus:
  • Responsibility for compliance administration, identification documentation, qualification checks, candidate references etc.
  • Managing multiple advertising and marketing campaigns on job boards and social media
  • Supporting all Recruitment Managers & Directors with day-to-day administration
  • Carrying out research on companies
Strong IT aptitude, with fast and accurate keyboard skills:
  • Creating professional CVs
  • Database management, maintaining records for candidates and businesses
  • Managing the company telephone software
Flexible work approach:
  • Providing support to colleagues to ensure recruitment deadlines are met
  • Assisting with company events and marketing campaigns
