Were seeking a Quality Technical Advisor to monitor the quality and safety of new homes, working with contractors and agents to identify and prevent construction defects being incorporated into the build.The roleThis opportunity is based in our Exeter office, and will include a blend of on-site, home and office working, but there will be plenty of flexibility. As youll be visiting sites across our portfolio, a full UK drivers license and yourown transport is essential.This role is to monitor the construction of all new developments on site to ensure that SNGs standards for design and quality are achieved. You will undertake site inspections and produce written reports to monitor progress and quality of work on site.Responsibilities include:
