This Devon-based, full service law practice is looking for a private client solicitor or legal executive to join its busy team in Exeter.What will you doIn this role you will advise individuals mainly across the South West on broad matters to include:
  • Wills
  • Trusts
  • Estate planning
  • Power of Attorney matters
  • Tax
  • IHT
You will be joining one of the counties largest and most established firms and your clients will be of mixed wealth to include those of a high net worth nature.What will you need
  • Solicitors and legal executives ideally with at least two years experience within private client are encouraged to apply
  • You will have handled your own caseload and be used to working to high quality standards
  • Having either ACTAPS or STEP membership would be an advantage but certainly not essential - The firm will support you in gaining these memberships should you wish
