Job Title: Pest Control Technician Location: Covering Sites in Devon, Cornwall, up to Bristol and across to Weymouth - Ideal candidates will be based in and around the Taunton and Exeter AreasSalary: £33,142 (includes call out allowance) + fully expensed vehicle + full tools & equipment, pension, BUPA medical, 33 days holiday (includes bank holidays) + opportunities for overtimeFull Time and Permanent: Monday to Friday - 45 hours a weekCall out / Standby: 1 week in every 4Our client is City Facilities Management, they are a large, national and growing Facilities Management company.City Facilities Management have the national FM contract with ASDA and last year signed a new 10 year contract with ASDA. So it is a secure and long term contract.Due to excellent business expansion our client requires a motivated Pest Control Technician to cover ASDA stores throughout Devon, Cornwall and up to Bristol and across to Weymouth.This role will only be working just the ASDA contract, there is no sales at all with this role.Our client is looking for a candidate who ideally lives in the Taunton / Exeter area as this is in the middle of the patch but they are happy consider candidates who live anywhere within the region.The successful candidate will join an established team of 35 highly qualified Pest Control Technicians in delivering a unique service delivery to their customer. The successful applicant must have: • RSPH Level 2 or BPCA Part 2 (or equivalent) • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in pest control as a technician• Hold a clean driving licence valid for use in the UK• Good communication skills (both written & verbal) • Have a clean criminal record And be: • Flexible in working hours • Well-presented • Highly motivated • Good Communication Skills and the ability to use your initiative • Able to work consistently to a high standard The package that we are prepared to offer for this role is a salary of £33,142 (includes call out allowance), a fully expensed vehicle, full tools and equipment, pension, BUPA medical, 33 days holiday a year and opportunities for overtime.Role will involve daily travel.Candidates will need to be flexible on working hours.Role will involve being on an on call rota, 1 week in every 4.This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established Pest Control team where you can have a long term career and progress into more senior Pest Control roles.To apply for this role please submit full CV to Jonathan Sweasey at PDA Search and Selection Required skills
