A leading Exeter based chartered accountancy practice has a requirement for a Partner / Director to join their firm as a result of continuing growth and expansion, along with planning for the future succession, development and growth of the business. The successful individual will carve an influential role, playing a pivotal and major part in the future development of this firm. The successful addition will become a key part of this growing business and work alongsidethe wider partner / Director group to take the firm forward into the future, building on the ongoing success of the business.DescriptionBased from the firms Exeter offices as Partner / Director you will play lead operational role overseeing the delivery of audit / account and wider compliance services, along with the significant planning and business advisory work across the office, managingand leading the teams. You will develop and build strong relationship with clients, in a client facing capacity and will work closely alongside your fellow partners taking a lead on the further growth and development of this leading office within the firm,carving a key position within this highly successful firm of accountants.Open to offering the right person on either a salaried basis initially, with a clear structured path to Partner level and equity on offer, that can be explored. Or alternatively, the right person can join on an equity basis moulding this accordingly aroundthe right fit for the business and candidate.ProfileFor this Partner / Director role you will be any of ACA, ACCA, CTA etc qualified, or hold a similar qualification. You will have a career background across any of audit, accounts, tax and general business services delivery within the accountancy practicesector. You will have a background and/or, mix of experience from any of the Top Tier, Mid Tier, medium/large independent firms, or smaller accounting firm environments.
