Duties will include but not limited to:
  • Sending routine customer debt correspondence
  • Liaising with internal client partners/ directors/ managers
  • Maintaining client notes
  • Completion of credit control processes
  • Assist in the management of reconciling debtors’ ledgers to rectify queries
Skills and experience required:
  • Credit controller experience
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Analytical, methodical and numerical
