Job Description

New Business Advisor £19-22,000 p.a DOE 35hrs pw, Monday- Friday Based in Sowton We are currently looking for a New Business Advisor to join our clients based in Sowton. If you enjoy providing excellent customer service & have an interest in working within insurance/ Financial Advisor environment then dont miss this opportunity to jointhis growing business! Driven by a consultative approach you will provide a professional, quality service to clients, ensuring suitable advice for their requirements and the efficient, smooth process of application. Duties will include but are not limitedto:

  • Taking new business applications
  • Call handing from Independent Financial Advisors
  • Helping clients through the whole sign up process
  • Coordinate communications between suppliers and internal teams
  • Build & maintain client relationships
  • Taking inbound enquiries to convert to sales using a friendly communication style
  • General office admin
Ideal Skills/Experience
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Good IT skills including MS office
  • Experience working towards tight deadlines
  • Excellent Customer service experience
  • Confident in developing client relationships
  • Experience of working within a Financial services setting ideal but not essential
