Job Description

Securitas are recruiting for a Mobile Patrol Team Leader, who will be operating out of our Exeter Office.Operating out of Exeter covering the Devon and Somerset area - The role of Mobile Team Leader is lead a team of Mobile Patrol Officers who provide excellent customer service to a portfolio of customers. You should be approachable and proud to reflect a professionalcompany image at all times.

  • Working a 4 on 4 off days position - You must be able to work nights and weekends.
  • Guaranteed 42 hours per week.
  • Salary starting from £23,000 p.a with potential to earn up to £29,500 after overtime.
  • Overtime is readily available.
  • Full training and our smart Securitas uniform will be provided.
  • Company vehicle provided for carrying out duties
How you will make an impact as a Mobile Team Leader:
  • You will be providing a variety of back up support mobile services including patrols and alarm responses for commercial or private clients, escort duties and any other work as required throughout the shift.
  • Compiles incident and alarm activation reports as required to a legible and accurate standard.
  • Organising a team and providing guidance where required
  • The responsibilities of a Mobile Team Leader are to undertake Site Welfare visits including completion of relevant QMS documentation in line with SOPs.
Essential Skills
  • SIA Licence
  • Full manual driving licence
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Provide a 5 year checkable history
