Job Title: Mobile Cleaning TechnicianLocation: Covering 12 small Supermarket sites in the South West - this includes Bristol, Devon and Cornwall, Somerset and South Coast (Southampton and Poole) - Ideal candidates will be based around Taunton / Exeter as this is central to the patchSalary: £19,237 + company van, equipment, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), pension and overtime is available40 hours a week - 6.00am-2.00pm - Monday to FridayFull Time and PermanentMy Facilities Management client is looking to recruit a Mobile Cleaning Technician to cover supermarkets sites throughout the South West Region. Ideal candidates will be based in and around the Exeter / Taunton region as this is the centre of the patch.The role will be covering 12 small Supermarket sites, the location of these sites are:Bristol x 2, Clevedon, Wellington, Torquay, Paignton, Gillingham, Plymouth, Newquay, Southampton, Poole and Canford Heath.The role covers a large region, so we want candidates who enjoy driving and do not mind daily travel.The role will involve cleaning internal and external windows, facias and sofits as well as external paved areas and some internal sections of the supermarkets as well as painting and decorating within the inside and outside of the supermarkets.Some heavy lifting of equipment in and out of the van will be required as well as setting up of this equipment before scheduled cleans.Early starts of 6.00am will be required for this role (travelling time will need to be considered as some stores will be over 1 hour travel). The first 45 minutes of travel is in own time, so for some stores, candidates will need to leave home at 5.15am.The role is working alone and unsupervised, so our client is looking for someone who is well organised and self-managed.You will represent the company and be a good relationship builder with good communications skills, be responsible for the completion of records and control documentation to ensure Health and Safety compliance and for ordering consumables to maintain stock levels.Candidates must have full driving licence and be happy to travel on a daily basis throughout the South West region and be fine to work outside all year round.Ideal candidates will have previous window cleaning experience but this is not essential.Your previous job roles may include, window cleaner, general cleaning, area cleaning, painter/ decorator, handyman.The salary of £19,237 is not negotiable so please only apply if you are OK with this salary level.To apply please submit your full and up to date CV to Jonathan Sweasey at PDA Search and Selection Required skills
