Marketing Executive (Campaigns)

Job Description

As our Marketing Executive you will be working within the marketing team to help deliver a demand creation strategy.Your day will be varied and will have ownership of implementing both short- and long-term campaigns to a range of businesses from Channel Resellers to Enterprise and Mid-Market organisations. Audiences will include our current customers for upsell and cross opportunities and new prospects.Campaigns will be delivered via a mix of media across email nurturing, direct mail, social media, technology focused exhibitions and networking events.Your day will be busy, hectic and challenging but always varied, fun and rewarding.What will I be doing

  • Confidently build, schedule and analyse nurturing campaigns within Salesforce and Pardot that are engaging, educational and relevant to our range of audiences.
  • Produce content for campaigns including email, social media, blogs and press releases that moves prospects through the marketing funnel whilst ensuring our brand is kept front of mind at point of purchase.
  • Manage and oversee from conception to completion a range of events face to face and virtually including content, stand designs, logistics and post event evaluation and follow up.
  • Stay in touch with industry news, events and competitor activity to ensure we are market relevant and taking advantage of the best media platforms.
  • Work with our sales and product teams to understand the needs of our customers and create compelling campaigns to support their purchase of our products. These include cloud, connectivity and collaboration solutions.
  • Use Salesforce to track all campaign activity through to close, including ROI and conversion rates.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager, to monitor and analyse campaign progress, as well as offer recommendations on ways to improve.
  • What do I need to do this job
  • Experience with the use of Pardot (or a similar platform) for marketing automation and email nurturing
  • Experience in B2B campaign delivery ideally in a technology company
  • Flair for producing engaging and targeted copy across multi-media platforms
  • Customer journey conscious with a good eye for detail
  • Comfortable with multi-tasking and a strong team player
  • Self-motivated, flexible and adapted to working from home
