Manufacturing/Machine OperativeExeterCompetitive Salary + Holidays + Bank Holidays + Pension + BenefitsMonday to Friday. DAYS . Early Finish Friday. 37.5 Hours Per Week.Manufacturing/Machine Operative required for a well established manufacturer who are a brand associated with quality. They offer full training and development for the successful applicant and are willing to invest in their employees.The role would suit operatives from ANY manufacturing or production background. Applicants who have experience operating CNC machinery, saws or tube bending machinery will have a considerable advantage and are encouraged to apply. Applicants will ideallybe able to read and work to technical drawings.The role will involve setting up all machinery on a day to day basis and operating to strict H&S regulations. You will work to technical drawings to process through work orders and produce goods to a high quality standard to meet customer specific requirements.You will complete documentation to ensure there is full traceability of the products that have moved through your cell.This is a great opportunity to secure a role within a stable manufacturer within a good team environment. They offer a days based role and an early finish on a Friday to obtain a good work/life balance.The Manufacturing/Machine Operative:*Setting up machinery at the start of the day*Operating tube bending machinery and saws*Working to technical drawings to meet customer specification*Working to high quality standards*Maintaining a good level of H&S practices*Filling out work orders so all orders are traceable throughout the factory*FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED*Monday to Thursday 07:45 to 16:15. Early finish at 13:45 on Friday.The Person:*Must transfer from a manufacturing/engineering background*Must have machine operation experience*Applicants who have tube bending or precision engineering experience will have a considerable advantage*Machinists or Operatives who have experience reading technical drawings are encouraged to apply.
