Job Description

Join an expanding IT company that has just moved into new offices at Exeter Airport and an IT & Comms Support Engineer. They have a great office culture, which is a fun place to work, but knuckle down when they have to.This job has the opportunity for hybrid working.THE JOB:- Support of Windows Severs and Microsoft Networks, including all Security products- Analysis, diagnosis and resolution of client problems via email, telephone and face-to-face contact- Responding to outstanding faults, queries and concerns in accordance with the time parameters set by the company- Providing remote access support for all networks and associated equipment- Answer and respond to incoming calls and support tickets- Product Development- Hours 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, Monday - Friday.- The job will involve some onsite work around Exeter and Devon. You may rarely visit some sites around the UK.KEY SKILL & EXPERIENCE:- Proven experience in Windows Server, IP Networking Lan’s / WAN’s, Security Knowledge, Active Directory, Powershell Scripting and workstations is essential- Good understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS and the future!- Ability to work proactively as part of a team- Ability to proactively manage client expectationsSALARY & BENEFITS:- £25,000 - £35,000, dependent on experience.- 20 days holiday + public holidays + birthday bonus day off + long service extra days- PensionIf you have a fun outlook and attitude to work and life, and have the desired skills please apply today.All applicants must currently have the permanent right to work in the UK; visa applications will not be considered.
