IT or EPOS Field Service EngineerLooking for a confident computer repair person with a full driving licence to train to support mostly the IT and EPOS (Electronic Point of Sale / Tills) in a variety of retails clients stores.This role is to cover around mainly the Exeter area. Patch covers Taunton, Barnstaple (occasionally) Paignton etc.The role will involve travelling to customer sites in the company vehicle and mostly replacing faulty hardware in the stores.The role requires you to cover the clients shop opening hours, they do this on a 2 shift system.Days 0800 - 1700Lates 1100 - 2000Days are 5 out of 7, Week 1 of Mon - Fri, then Week 2, Saturday plus 4 other days.On Call is 1 week in 4.Package on offer will exceed £25000 per annum + overtime:This is made up of a Basic Salary of £20550 + £1500 in On Call and a Productivity Bonus scheme paid on every service call you attend that adds over £3000+ per annum.Fully expensed company vehicle provided with personal use (car / van).22 days holidayPension etc.Applicants for this role must hold a full drivers licence, have no issues passing a DBS check and have previous experience in a Technical IT Support type role involving hardware.(Training on the EPOS equipment will be provided).
