My client is a recognised regional based IFA firm that is actively growing, based in Exeter who seek to add to their IFA Admin support teams.The main objective of this role is to provide administration support to the Directors and para-planners. To promote the Company in a good light. Remain customer service focussed at all times and ensure empathy with our customers needs at all times.If you have administration and good customer/client servicing skills and come from a financial services or bankingbackground, then this could be an ideal opportunity for you.A competitive salary £20 - 28,000 pa dependent on experience and fantastic array of benefits including 5% of salary to bonus.Duties1. To have a thorough understanding of the sales process, client file requirements and FCA requirements.2. To deliver what clients perceive to be a personalised and high quality service.3. To familiarise yourself with each clients circumstances, objectives and timescales in order to provide a personalised service.4. To oversee and manage workflow between the adviser, para-planner and client.5. Prepare information packs prior to client meetings.6. Type up client meeting minutes.7. Obtain information from providers on clients existing financial arrangements and prepare client valuations.8. Input all client information and history into the back office system.9. Collate all documentation and ensure that the New Business pack is complete prior to submitting applications to providers.10. Be a point of contact for client queries.11. Deal with client and provider correspondence.12. Ensure that the client file is compliant.13. Assist the Directors with all aspects of a good customer experience and identify any improvements that can be made.14. Organise client meeting and reviews, including diary management.15. Prepare review packs ahead of client meetings.16. Scan all client documentation and file in line with company procedure.17. Ensure that team targets are exceeded.18. To follow Company and FCA procedures at all times.19. Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.20. Aware of and complying with the rules of the FCA and set procedures of the business to achieve compliance.21. Comply with the requirements laid down in the Compliance and Administration procedures.22. Applies knowledge in practical situations where appropriate.23. To provide assistance to colleagues when required.24. Undertake other such administration duties on a day-to-day basis as requested
