Job Description

Up to £28k DOE | Exeter | Great Company benefitsAre you ready to take your HR career to the next level We are seeking an HR Generalist to provide first-class service to managers and employees. The company based in Exeter, offer great benefits, an on-site gym, free parking and great transport links.Based in Exeter, Monday to Friday, you will have 37.5 hours per week with flexibility offered on start times.HR Generalist responsibilities include: -

  • Collaborating with managers to ensure smooth handling of disciplinary, grievance, capability, and absence management procedures.
  • Ensure policies and procedures follow current legislation
  • Overseeing all HR administrative tasks
  • Assisting with ad-hoc HR-related assignments
HR Generalist requirements include: -
  • Minimum of 2 year’s experience in disciplinary procedures
  • Thorough knowledge of UK Employment Law
  • Outstanding communication skills with an ability to build positive relationships and show emotional empathy
  • Confident in MS Office
  • The ability to thrive under pressure, managing deadlines and workload
