Job Description

Our client, based in Exeter, is currently recruiting for a HR Administrator on a permanent contract.The position is due to start immediately on a full time basis. The salary is negotiable based on experience for this position.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years experience in the sector, however this requirement can be flexible.Duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Guide and support all levels of employees regarding HR queries, policies and procedures
  • Support with recruitment for junior level roles and onboarding for all new starters
  • Conduct wellbeing sessions with employees either virtually or in person
  • Co-ordinate training and find new and innovative ways to improve employee engagement/development
  • Produce and analyse management information relating to staff turnovers and sickness absence
  • Manage compliance tasks including maintaining and updating SLAs and progress trackers
  • General ad-hoc duties such as changes in contracts, producing letters and updating HR systems
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
  • Minimum one years experience un Admin/HR Admin
  • Strong IT skills

Working hours:
  • 36.25 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday 9am-5:15pm
