Job Description

This company genuinely knows the importance of a positive working culture and looking after their employees.THE COMPANY: An award-winning global supplier of serviced accommodation working with a portfolio of large international corporate clients.THE ROLE: As the HR Administrator, you will play a key part within the Human Resources team and have a people centric approach.Providing an exceptional HR administration service, you will be responsible for all administrative aspects of the full employee journey. You will be passionate about providing an exceptional employee experience and have this at the forefront of all tasks.Working closely with the wider HR team youll make sure all practices comply with company strategies, statutory duties, and best practice.KEY DUTIES:

  • Have ownership of the employee administration and coordination process
  • Provide support to managers and employees
  • Assist with updating and reviewing policies and procedures
  • Liaise with payroll to ensure timely and accurate information is provided
  • Manage the HR calendar
  • Edit and send out the HR newsletter
  • Participate in conducting HR audits of records, personnel files, benefits and other HR programmes and systems
  • Maximise all opportunities to develop and nurture new and existing relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues
THE CANDIDATE:
