Summary We have an opportunity for a Team Leader to support our Holiday Cottage Team at Killerton.Duration: Fixed Term until 08-May-2023Hours: 15 hours per week. Flexibility required as changeovers can happen any day of the week apart from Sundays. Rota supplied in advance.Salary: £10 per hourInternally you will be known as Holidays Operation Team Leader What its like to work here To find out more about the cottages visit holidays What youll be doing You will induct new staff and support the provision of an efficient, effective and flexible service ensuring cover for changeovers, service cleans and house opening achieving very high standards of presentation; co-ordination of routine maintenance and repairs,and deal with customer queries in line with the NT Holidays Toolkit.Health and Safety compliance and good environmental management is essential. You will be familiar with working to risk assessments, COSHH procedures, accident reporting, and fire safety.Please read the role profile attached.
