Job Description

Head of Digital Transformation (Epicor)£50,000 - £60,000 + 24 days holiday + Flexitime + excellent benefitsExeterAre you an experienced digital transformation professional looking to further your career with a long established, leading manufacturing company supplying to clients globallyAre you experienced with company wide ERP reviews and migration of legacy systems onto a new platformDo you want to work for a company where you can make a meaningful difference to current and future systems and have a direct impact on shaping the companys systems, making the role your own and working for a business that offers excellent benefits and work-lifebalanceThis is a hands-on role where strong experience and demonstrable knowledge of ERP applications, upgrades and migrations and business operation management in a multi-disciplined organisation is required to ensure the Groups future ambitions are achievable.Compliance and alignment with ongoing business strategies and stakeholders will be central to this role.The role:

  • Quickly gain a detailed understanding of the current ERP solution
  • Analyse the structure and flow of the business operations and identify application solutions within core ERP or integrated solutions
  • Reviewing current Sage ERP 1000 legacy system ready for migration onto a new platform
  • As part of the business project team, generate requirements analysis and specification models to evaluate suitable replacement ERP options in line with NIBE policy guidelines
  • Design ERP support and training for end users and ensure all technical and work instruction documentation is in place with the operational area leaders in the business.
  • Cross-train IT staff to be able to handle 1st / 2nd line support requests.
The person:
  • Experience with Epicore
  • ERP systems review and migration experience
  • Prince 2, ITL or PMP accreditation
