We are developing a new Enterprise Data Model to provide better data integrity, improve the current reporting system and incorporate analysis and data science methods to solve businessproblems.We are seeking someone with outstanding communication and leadership skills, a high level of expertise in Data Management with strong SQL and data models knowledge.This role would suit a strategic self-starter with an analytical mindset and a commitment to quality, with drive to deliver results in a member led organisation.Core Responsibilities

• Leading our data science and reporting capability
• Overseeing the work of the Data Engineer in defining source data from existing systems, and mapping to our Enterprise Data Warehouse

About You - Essential experience:

• Previous team management and leadership experience.
• Experience with SQL and data models.
• Experience of data science, including R or Python.
• Advanced user in Microsoft Office.
• Experience of report writing.
• Experience of developing database structures for code.
• The right to work in the UK

About You - Desirable experience of:

• Working within a financial services environment.
• Working within ITIL framework.
• Power BI, SSMS, SSIS, SSRS, Snowflake.
