Job Description

French Speaking Marketing Export Coordinator - Based Exeter Basic salary up to £25,000 plus benefitsTo be considered for this role, candidates must be Fluent in French and English, written and spoken.This role sits in the Marketing department and works closely with the Export team.This involves working on a wide range of marketing duties, with a particular emphasis on the Export Markets to raise the wider publicity of the brand vision and values, across both printed and digital platforms.Candidates

  • Degree educated or qualified by experience.
  • Demonstrate experience of working in a Marketing/Export environment and using CRM systems.
  • Fluent in French and English, written and spoken.
  • Experience of online marketing communications techniques and design and print projects would be an advantage.
  • Excellent experience of using Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, any experience of using Photoshop, and Sage would be an advantage.
  • Creative, with a hands-on approach and enthusiastic team player.
  • Able to assimilate information to learn new IT and software systems.
  • Pro-active and responsive to generate new opportunities.
  • Highly organised with good time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Duties
  • Assist and complete projects for new or revised marketing collaterals such as brochures, newsletters, price lists, POS etc. for our foreign markets.
  • All aspects of copywriting, proof reading and print
  • Liaise with external suppliers.
  • Assist to administer and develop the existing CRM database to maintain accuracy of information and relevance to potential marketing activity.
  • Create professionally written copy for regular dealer communications.
  • Assist in organising exhibitions with the UK and overseas when possible.
  • Provide overseas clients with photography, artwork, and other marketing materials Work alongside the creative team on instruction and marketing videos for our export markets.
  • Produce new or updated copy for our extensive range of brochures.
  • Able to proof read brochures, letters, price lists and point of sale.
  • You will maintain various export focused websites and look for creative ways to provide key word rich copy for our various company blogs.
  • Write releases and providing editorial support in both trade and consumer press.
  • Building and maintain relationships with journalists and editors.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor promotions for the Export markets within France, The Netherlands and Belgium.
  • Provide marketing and language support to export sales team.
  • Assisting team members with day-to-day marketing tasks such as mailings as requested.
  • Conduct competitor analysis/market research.
  • Work alongside the web team to create tailored online advertising campaigns and work alongside the social media coordinator to create compelling content and engagement across social media.
  • Maintain French Facebook and Instagram accounts, and other social channels.
