Job Description

Robert Walters is working with a global financial services institution based in Exeter, who are looking for an Italian speaking (fluent) Finance Administrator to join their Credit Control function, and become a fully fledged Credit Controller with trainingand support.Key responsibilities:

  • Collection activities include investigating delinquent accounts, analysing account performance, makes recommendations to release orders on past due accounts and investigates bankruptcy claims.
  • Contact customers regarding all unpaid items, ensuring customers are adhering to agreed payment terms.
  • Identify accounts that require specific attention and act decisively to resolve difficulties, disputes, and consulting management where appropriate.
  • Obtain sufficient information to assess the creditworthiness of newly proposed and existing customers promptly, efficiently, and cost-effectively.
  • Assist with the design and production of SOX reports and Revenue provision reports for management.
Experience required:
  • Fluent Italian language skills are essential.
  • Prior credit control experience would be beneficial but is not vital.
  • Experience within a finance/corporate customer service environment would be highly beneficial.
  • Proactive and driven approach to work, with experience working within a fast-paced environment.
