The successful candidate must be available to work on a call out rota and be willing to travel throughout our south west portfolio. The base location for this role is Broadpath.What will you be doingAs our Field Service Team Leader, you will lead a small Regional team, providing unplanned technical support and troubleshooting to the Powergen assets and Operational teams. These Powergen assets include but are not limited to; spark and compression ignition internal combustion engines, gas turbines, PV, LFG flares/gas plants, gas holders, compressors, and all electrical and mechanical ancillary equipment.You will schedule and support the Field Service Technicians, managing their contracted hours, holidays, development and conducting performance appraisal reviews.The Field Service Team Leader will be proactive, and creative, in problem solving and use initiative while maintaining exchange of information between the Engineering, Operations and Asset Optimisation team.
